Automatic counterfeit detector DORS 210 is designed for authenticity detection of all values and emissions of US Dollar bank notes since 1988.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES

• Verification speed – 75 bank notes per minute.
• Two operating modes – main and additional make detector DORS 210 convenient to use in the limited office space.
  In the main mode authentic bank notes come out of the detector through the ejection slot. The suspicious bank notes return to the insertion tray, the detection error code is displayed on the display.
  In the additional mode, very useful in the limited office space, all bank notes return to the input tray. When the detector identifies a suspicious bank note, the error code is displayed on the display. Suspicious bank note detection is supplemented by alarm signal.
• DORS 210 detector automatically turns the energy saving mode in 5 minutes of inactivity. Turning back to the operating mode happens after pressing any button on the device or when putting a bank note into the input tray. After one hour inactivity the detector automatically switches off.
• In case of new US Dollar bank note emission it is possible to update the software connecting DORS 210 to PC.
• DORS 210 can be power supplied from the automobile adaptor for DORS detectors (optional).

INFORMATION DISPLAY

In the main working mode the total sum of all verified authentic bank notes is displayed on the DORS 210 display. In case the bank note is identified as authentic its value and the amount of the bank notes checked during the current session is shortly displayed on the monitor. In case the bank note is detected as suspicious the error code is displayed on the monitor.

User can check the bank notes quantity and total sum for every value by subsequent pressing of the DENOMINATION button.

EQUIPMENT 

• DORS 210 is equipped with the bright red light-emitting diode (LED) display.
• Detector has magnetic sensor consisting of three magnetic heads, reading the complete magnetic map of the bank note.
• Optical sensors functioning in the IR spectrum band test matching of the optical image of face and reverse sides of bank notes, optical paper density, IR-marks map – a unique image made by IR-metameric inks.
• Optico-mechanical size control sensor checks the length of the bank note length.
• Distinguishing characteristic of the DORS 210 detectors is the use of spectrum analysis sensor performing printing ink optical properties verification in different wave lengths. This detection technology is unique, it practically excludes mistakes in authenticity detection, and it guarantees secure counterfeit detection even with high class so-called “super-dollars”.
• Detector decision-making mechanism determines the bank note authenticity basing on the knowledge of the integral estimation summary of all sensors.
